Empowered To Run is a nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to building a robust American politics rooted in civic engagement and responsive, evidence-based policymaking that enables individual and societal achievement. Patrick is serving as the acting Head of Product for Empowered to Run during this early startup phase. In 2017 he became a candidate himself to viscerally understand the emotional path a citizen must take to feel empowered to run for office.
